First Day of Training

The very first minutes of class play a crucial role in your experience with us, which is why we ask first-time clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled class for their brief walk-through and orientation.

Gather around the training board. Here the trainer provides a thorough explanation of the daily interval breakdown, followed by an in-depth demonstration of each movement to be performed, accompanied by helpful technique cues and tips.

Our warm-ups are carefully structured to match the specific demands of the daily workout. This approach will help prime your mind and body for the task at hand.

The Workout

Once the clock starts, the workout itself will last 30-36 minutes. Every single one of our signature intervals are strength-biased, comprised of five movements, and led by a top notch trainer who will deliver 1:1 attention and hold you accountable in an energetic group environment.
